Track By Tracking Number
You may enter up to 25 tracking numbers or InfoNotice at a time. Please enter only one tracking number per line.
Track by Reference
Know your Shipment: type, reference, date, account, destination country, and destination zip/postal code.
Track by Email
Track up to 25 small package shipments at once by sending your tracking numbers in an e-mail message to totaltrack@ups.com.
Track a Single Tracking Number
Enter the UPS Tracking Number in the subject line of the e-mail or in the body of the message. A detailed tracking response will be returned to your e-mail address.
Track Multiple Tracking Numbers
Enter all UPS Tracking Numbers in the body of the e-mail message. You do not need to specify a subject for the e-mail. A detailed tracking response for all numbers will be returned to your e-mail address.
Note: This feature is not available for freight shipment tracking.
Fedex
Track by Tracking Number
You can enter up to 30 tracking numbers at a time. You can enter any combination of FedEx Express, FedEx Express Freight, FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Freight, or FedEx Custom Critical tracking numbers. Please enter only one tracking number per line.
Track by Door Tag Number
Door tag numbers start with the letters “DT” followed by 12 numbers. If entering more than one door tag number, click on the underlined tracking number to get more details. You can enter any combination of up to 30 door tag tracking numbers at a time. Please ensure that you enter only one door tag per line.
Track by FedEx Office Order Number
You can enter up to 30 FedEx Office order numbers at a time. Please ensure that you enter only one FedEx Office order number per line.

Track By Tracking Number
Track up to 10 numbers at a time. Separate by a comma (,) or return (enter).
Track by DHL ProView
DHL ProView is our web-based tracking service for DHL Express account holders that provides automatic notifications to you and anyone you specify – via email or text message – when shipments are picked up and delivered. DHL ProView also lets you monitor shipments online by account number, status and more.
